ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING
Nexus3 has the capability to manufacture parts using Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) technology. FFF printers utilize heated nozzles to extrude molten plastic across a cross section of a 3D part, building it layer by layer.
We utilize Ultimaker S5 and Ultimaker S5 Pro machines. Both are large volume, dual extrusion machines that deliver industrial-grade parts.

assembly & finishing
Nexus3 also offers assembly and finishing services. If your company needs to outsource additional work, or if you have a short term capacity problem, we can respond quickly to your needs. Our aerospace manufacturing experience makes us skilled in difficult and critical assembly and manufacturing techniques.
Additionally, we have an isolated room just for FOD (Foreign Object Debris) causing operations. No FOD producing operations are allowed in our Additive Manufacturing and Quality Inspection rooms. We follow the guidelines of AS9146 FOD Prevention Programs.

Revit
Building Information Modeling (BIM) software for architects, engineers, and contractors. Nexus3 uses this software for collaboration with general contractors and for architectural 3D models.
Rhinoceros 6

Advanced free-form 3D modeling software. Nexus3 uses this primarily for applying colors and textures to surfaces prior to 3D printing.
