If you're looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help!  We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase.  You can return your product for a replacement or a refund to the original payment method.

 

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

• Sales are final on Customized 3D Printed products unless damaged in shipment or defective

• Sales are final on 3D Print-To-Order products unless damaged in shipment or defective

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

• Lost items will not be refunded

 

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. ​Find your order number on your shipment or delivery notification email.  If you cannot find your order number, contact us directly by email and we can help.

2. Visit the Nexus3 Returns Page to initiate the return process

3. Print the prepaid return shipping label

4. Send all the items back to us using the label provided

• Refunds will be credited to your account within 5 days after we receive the return

• Replacement of Customized 3D Printed products will be shipped within 5 days after we receive the return
